The Federal Highway Administration approved the recommended concept for a high-level replacement bridge on December 8, 2011.  Click here to view the public notice that was published in the Daytona Beach Journal on December 30, 2011.

Volusia County received funding for the Design phase of this project.   The Design Phase is anticipated to begin in the first quarter of 2012.
